Shipping orders efficiently and accurately is key to a smooth e-commerce experience. However, even with the best systems in place, occasional issues can arise. Here are five common shipping problems and tips on how you can help us resolve them quickly: 

 

1️⃣ Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received 

It can be frustrating to see your order marked as “delivered” by the courier, only to find that it never actually arrived. If this happens: 

Check your surroundings.
It is possible that the courier may hide or place the package in inconspicuous placed to avoid theft so please check your surroundings like boxes, bins, or any places where the package might be placed when delivery is made. You may also ask your neighbors or loved ones if they received the package as there cases that the package is delivered to a loved one in the address. 

Report the issue promptly.
As soon as you see that your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it even after checking your surroundings, please report it right away. Early reporting increases the chances of a successful investigation. 

Provide supporting documentation.
To help us investigate effectively, please include relevant details such as CCTV footage (if available), delivery notifications, or any communication from the courier. This speeds up the process of getting a clear verdict and helps us decide on the next steps, such as refunds or re-shipments. 

 

2️⃣ Delayed Order Fulfillment 

Sometimes, orders are delayed during fulfillment due to issues with the shipping address. Common mistakes include incomplete or unclear addresses, or using abbreviations that might confuse the courier’s system. 

Provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Avoid using abbreviations like “ST” for Street or “NW” for NorthWest. Instead, write out the full words (e.g., “123 Main Street, NorthWest”). This helps ensure the courier’s system reads your address correctly and delivers your order without unnecessary delays. 

 

3️⃣ Damaged or Missing Items in the Package 

Occasionally, packages may arrive damaged or with missing items. 

Inspect your package upon delivery.
Check the contents immediately and take photos of any damage or missing items. Reporting this to our support team right away helps us process replacements or refunds faster.

4️⃣ Tracking Information Not Updating 

Sometimes tracking information may appear stuck or not update properly, causing concern that the package is lost. 

Give it a bit of time.
Delays in tracking updates can happen due to scanning issues or temporary technical glitches. If there’s no update after 48 hours, please reach out to us so we can investigate further. 

 

5️⃣ Incorrect or Failed Delivery Attempts 

Failed delivery attempts can occur if no one is available to receive the package or if the address cannot be accessed. 

Double-check your address.
Ensure your shipping address is correct, including any building numbers, unit numbers, or access instructions. Consider adding delivery notes or an alternative delivery address if you’re often away from home.
