How to adjust the strap to make it longer

You can increase or decrease the strap length depending on the area you're treating. In this case, this guide will show you how you can adjust it to its maximum length.

Suitable for treating areas like the shoulder, quads, bigger-sized knees, etc.

1. Pull the velcro out of the long strap fabric and put it beside the next holder to maximize its length.

2. Lock the velcro and repeat the step with the other long strap fabric.

3. Pull the medium strap fabric until the end of the adjustment side of the clasp to make it longer as well. The tension from the strap will secure it.

Congratulations! You'll now have an overall longer strap setup that's able to loop around bigger joints.

Note: Using the horizontal module holders included in each unit will also help further increase the overall length.

How to adjust the strap to make it shorter

1. Pull the velcro teeth of the long strap fabric and adjust the holder closer to each other. Place the 'teeth' of the velcro down to the fabric and press firmly to secure. Repeat this step with the other long-strap fabric.

2. Pull the medium-sized fabric to make it shorter.

3. Once the steps are completed, it will look like this and can be used on smaller joints like the wrist or the ankle.

Tip: You can adjust the strap and loop it around itself to make the setup much cleaner when using the modules.
