🦵 How to use the Move+ on kneesUpdated 2 months ago

Currently we are recommending 5 - 15 minutes per day for optimal results, depending on the issue being treated.

Consistency is key with this. So doing a short treatment every day will be more effective than doing longer sessions more sporadically.


How to position the Move+ for best results


1. Open the buckle.


2. Pass the device behind your leg, placing the horizontal module (Back module) behind the knee. 


3. Place the vertical modules (Front modules) to the sides of your knee pointing outwards. Treat the ‘knee line’ which is the soft line across your knee when bent. Ideal position is bent at 90 degrees.



4. Close the buckle and adjust the front strap for a perfect fit.


You're now ready to start your treatment. 

Do 2-3 cycles (10-15 mins), once per day (max twice per day).


Secondary treatment

When time allows, use for 2 cycles on the quad and hamstring on the same leg (microvasculature there is also affected by acute/traumatic damage to joint tissue).
