Shipping in USA

Orders in the US will be shipped according to your preferred shipping method( Right On Time (3 - 5 days), Zoom (1 - 2 days)). Tracking will be provided via email as soon as the order has been released for fulfillment. 

Orders made will not include a signature required upon delivery by default but this can be done upon request. If you need your delivery signature to be required, contact our support team so we can process it. 

Note: Orders that have been shipped will no longer be eligible for this request.  

Shipping Estimates: 

This will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. For reference, here are the estimated timelines for each shipping method used and counted after the package has been released for fulfillment. 

Note:  These are estimates and we cannot guarantee the timelines based on factors like weather, holidays, etc.

• Economy: 3-5 Days
• Standard: 2-3 Days
• Express: 1-2 Days

Orders in Hawaii

Packages going to Hawaii have an estimated shipping timeline of 5-6 weeks if Standard Shipping is selected. This is because they’re transported via land hence the extended timeline. 

We recommend using paid shipping(Economy, Standard, or Express) to receive your package faster(5-10 days depending on the method).
