About Back Pain
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek medical attention and is a leading cause of disability worldwide.
The impact of back pain on your day-to-day life can be significant, ranging from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp pain that may shoot down the leg. Sometimes it can come on suddenly – from an accident, a fall, or lifting something heavy, or it can develop slowly because of age-related degenerative changes in the spine.
Treatment options vary depending on the cause and symptoms, and often there are several contributing factors. We recommend speaking to a qualified health professional to help diagnose and treat any specific conditions.
Red light therapy can be a very effective treatment for many back issues; helping reduce inflammation, modulate pain signal transmission, and stimulate tissue repair and regeneration.
Primary Treatment
Everyone’s back pain is unique, and placement for where red light therapy will be most effective depends on your case. A general rule is to treat the local area that is experiencing pain, and in addition to treat areas that are likely to be linked to that pain.
Tighten the straps to bring the modules close together. Attach to the extender strap (sold separately), and loop around the middle. Secure with the velcro strap.
Treatment Time
Treat the local areas indicated for 10-15 minutes daily
Treatment Expectations
On average, our customers see an 89% decrease in pain within 2-3 weeks. Some people have noticeable relief of pain, even after just one session!
One big impact on results is how much blood and tissue is around the area of pain and inflammation.
You can expect faster results on larger areas, like hips, knees and back. Smaller areas like hands and ankles, may require 3-4 weeks for noticeable pain reduction.
