Can light therapy help with rheumatoid arthritis?Updated 2 years ago

Rheumatoid arthritis causes inflammation and painful swelling in the joints, and laser therapy at the correct dosage (like the Move+ provides) can help reduce or stop the joint degradation and give you improved functionality for years to come.

Photobiomodulation (light therapy) has also been shown in clinical trials to be more effective than NSAIDs in providing pain relief, reducing inflammatory markers, and for joint preservation.

This particular meta analysis found that red light therapy reduced RA pain by 70 percent compared with the placebo group. Patients also saw a significant decrease in morning stiffness and increases in palm flexibility.
