If one or more of the modules in your set are having an irregular rate of discharge (getting drained faster), you can follow the steps below to fix the issue. 

To explain why this may happen, each unit has 1 Leader module and 2 Follower modules that communicate via Bluetooth. This connection starts with the Leader module and is active even while the device is turned off, that's why we're able to power them on/off simultaneously. 

You can confirm this by checking the module in question and at the side of it, just below the QR code, you'll see a letter L inscription. 

To help preserve the battery life, we recommend placing the modules back in the charging dock when not in use (the dock does not have to be plugged in). 

The charging dock has a mechanism that turns off the communication between the devices and will help preserve the battery life on all 3 modules, giving you more mileage for each charge cycle. We also recommend charging the unit for 3.5 to 4 hours.
