If any of your modules are turning off unexpectedly or not holding charge, it's possible that the module/s have low battery charge or might have an issue internally. 

To troubleshoot the problem, please do the following steps:

1. Check if the charging pins on the modules as well as in the charging dock are clean of debris. Fluids like body oils have been known to cause interference with the charging pins in the modules: 
2. Please try fully discharging the modules and charging in the dock for up to 3.5-4 hours. The charging dock will show a flashing status in the indicator to let you know that the modules are still charging. The indicators will be fully lit once the modules are fully charged. 
3. Power up the module by clicking/pressing the power button. If this does not work, press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds or until you hear a short beep and see the LED indicator in the face plate light up correspondingly on a preprogrammed time(5, 10, 15 minutes).
