Modules have become out of syncUpdated 5 months ago

Resyncing your MOVE+:

The modules may occasionally become out of sync after being turned on separately out of the charge case. The easiest fix is to return them all to the charge case, take them all out and power on again.

If the above step doesn't work, repeat this step but power on using a different module until the units are re-synced. 

With this you're trying to locate the "Master" module, which will re-sync up all of the modules when out of the charge case.


Resyncing your MOVE+ Pro:


Step 1

Turn on each module.

Step 2

Press and hold the power button on each module for 5 seconds. 

After you hear a long beep, the LED indicators will start to flash to indicate syncing mode. Once all 3 modules are flashing, they will automatically turn off.

Step 3

After the modules stop flashing, place them into the charging dock (it does not need to be plugged in).

Step 4

Remove the modules from the charging dock.

Step 5

Power on one of the modules units and all should turn on. If they do not, repeat the above process.
